This is a premium 27-inch double-layer golf umbrella equipped with double ribs (685mm x 8k), a robust 14mm central shaft, and a durable 190t pongee cover.
The cover is made of high-quality 190t pongee fabric. We utilize advanced digital printing technology to apply clear, vibrant, and long-lasting designs onto the fabric.
The double-layer construction allows wind to pass through the vents easily, drastically reducing wind resistance and preventing the umbrella from turning inside out during harsh weather conditions.
Our manufacturing involves 12 rigorous steps starting from fabric printing, detailed cloth inspection, overlocking, precise panels cutting, panel sewing, stitching for straps and tips, fixing the fabric to the frame, final quality control, and packing.
